Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing Elliott's Wave Machine, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elliott's Wave Machine ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Elliott's Wave Machine is a cryptocurrency trading signals and education platform. We provide:

— Elliott Wave analysis and trading signal alerts delivered via Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp

— Educational resources covering technical analysis, risk management, and trading psychology

— A live signals dashboard showing current and historical trade ideas

— Tools, spreadsheets, and third-party resources curated for active traders

The Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency trading may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries — it is your responsibility to verify this before using our signals.

4. Account Registration

Account creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

One account per user

You may not create multiple accounts or share your account credentials with others. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription tiers

The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid tiers grant access to additional signals, features, and content as described on our Pricing page. Features available at each tier are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund on first-time subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the initial charge. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and changes will apply at your next renewal.

Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signal or analysis provided.

7. Affiliated Exchanges

Our Affiliated Exchanges page contains links to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. Some of these are affiliate links — if you register through our link, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for the services, terms, security, or conduct of any third-party exchange. Your relationship with any exchange is governed by their own terms and conditions. We strongly encourage you to review those before depositing funds.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

— Share, resell, or redistribute our signals or content without written permission

— Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure

— Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content for commercial purposes

— Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

— Harass, abuse, or harm other users or members of our community

— Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code to the Platform

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to signal analysis, educational materials, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Elliott's Wave Machine or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elliott's Wave Machine and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

— Your use of or inability to use the Platform

— Any trading decisions made based on our signals or content

— Losses incurred through affiliated exchanges or third-party services

— Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

— Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elliott's Wave Machine and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
